Our assessment includes evaluating your joint and muscle function. Depending on the treatment plan established by your practitioner, our methods may include NeuroKinetic Therapy, Fascial Therapy, Functional Movement Retraining, Pilates Therapy, Relief Through Rolling, the Roll Model Method, among a range of other treatment modalities.

We have designed and implemented a protocol that ensures your success. Fascial/movement education and exercise therapy are incorporated into a treatment plan to empower our patients, this helps speed up the recovery process, reduces symptoms sooner, and helps achieve a higher quality of life. Through this combined approach, patients are provided the tools to live better in their bodies & maintain the results. 

Initial Assessment

A mandatory an initial assessment is required to establish a treatment plan and ensure appropriate session timing. Treatment sessions can be booked after the assesment with Jenine Saunders.

Follow-up Sessions

After the first assessment, half-hour and full-hour treatment sessions can be scheduled. The timelines and therapies will be determined during the initial assessment.

Functional Movement & Fascia Classes

Classes focus on strengthening, stabilizing, and lengthening underused muscle groups while restoring synergy within the body. We will focus on identifying ways to improve mobility and reduce pain from a fascia-focused perspective.
