Our studio policies

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Please review these policies before coming to the studio. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@moetushealth.com

Cancellations

Thank you for adhering to our 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. To avoid forfeiting your class credit, please manage all cancellations and changes online, via email, or by calling the front desk at least 24 hours before your appointment or class. Cancellation or change requests sent through social media will not be accepted.

  • Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 24 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible to be reimbursed in the form of studio credit.

    Please note that credits will expire at the end of every series, and class credits are not transferable between the mat and reformer classes.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and will incur a charge for the class. In such cases, class credits and/or credit card payments will be applied without a refund.

Payments 

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Retail Sales: No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Cash Free Establishment

Moetus Health is a cash free establishment.

 Payment Options

Payment is required to complete registration for class bookings. 

  1. Payments can be settled at the front desk before your appointment or class via a POS system with Credit and Debit. Cash will no longer be accepted. 
  2. Payment can be made directly through your Momence account for appointments and class packaged with a credit card connected to your account. For a hands-off option, you can authorize us to process payments on your behalf via the card on file by contacting the front desk.
  3. E-transfer with authorization from the front desk to hello@moetushealth.com 

Class Etiquette

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience. To avoid disruptions, you will not be permitted to enter the studio after class begins.

Please note: You will not be permitted back into class if you leave studio premises while class is still in session

A Distraction Free Space

Please silence your phones or any distracting devices in the studio. Also, we ask that you are mindful of your volume within our space.

Hands-on Guidance

Your instructors will use hands on queuing to help you achieve proper form. If you are uncomfortable being touched, please let your instructor know.

Equipment Policy

Wait for your instructor’s signal before using equipment or entering the studio. Handle all equipment with care and ask for assistance when needed.

Comfortable Attire

Wear clothing that allows for flexible movement and comfort. For safety and hygiene, grippy socks are encouraged. Grippy socks are available for purchase.

Respect Within Our Studio

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Treat all staff members and fellow clients with kindness and respect. 

Lost Property 

Moetus Health is not responsible for personal items. All lost property will be donated/disposed of on the end of each month.
