StretchLab is for the OGs in the realm of fascia-focused movement.

A deep dive into your body to identify the impact of fascia on biomechanics. These classes are designed as an exploration of movement.

Classes focus on strengthening, stabilizing, and lengthening underused muscle groups while restoring synergy within the body.

We will focus on identifying ways to improve mobility and reduce pain from a fascia-focused perspective.

This allows you to prepare for your class and avoids late arrival disruptions.

Please silence your phones or any distracting devices in the studio. Also, we ask that you are mindful of your volume within our space.

Wear clothing that allows for flexible movement and comfort.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Treat all staff members and fellow clients with kindness and respect.

Hands-on guidance
