Fundamentals to Intermediate classes?
There is no set number of classes to bridge fundamentals to intermediate, as each person moves differently in their body. To advance into intermediate from fundamentals, we would require an assessment from one of our instructors after taking reformer fundamentals classes. We need to ensure that you are safe on the machine, breathe well, and have good body awareness. Intermediate classes are fast-paced, with fewer queues from the instructor than a fundamentals class.
Reformer experience at Moetus Health is a requirement. No exceptions.
How early should I arrive to class?
For everyone's safety, please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, as late entry isn’t allowed. New guests should aim for 10 to 15 minutes early to get a proper introduction to the Reformer.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. If you need to cancel your class, you can do so via email, phone, or your Moetus Health account on the online dashboard or the app.
You will be responsible for the entire class payment if you cancel your class less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Class packages and/or credit card payments will be applied without a refund.
If you cancel your class before the 24-hour window, you are considered an early cancellation and can retain the class credit or class payment. These credits expire at the end of the series.
Cancellations or change requests sent through social media will not be accepted.
