Frequently Asked Questions
Which service is best for me?
We highly recommend everyone begin with one-on-one sessions, a Functional Movement & Fascial Therapy Initial Assessment is the ideal starting point. It allows us to complete a thorough review of any pre-existing conditions/concerns and develop an appropriate treatment plan, which may include manual, fascia-focused therapy, or movement-based therapy.
Osteopathic treatments are available and suitable for individuals experiencing pain and discomfort in their bodies. Osteopathy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment modality that is suitable for most individuals.
For those interested in pursuing group classes we suggest reaching out to find the class that best fits your goals. If you have a pre-existing injury/condition, we strongly advise beginning with a one-on-one session. Individuals actively in pain or recovering from an injury and experiencing restrictions/limitations are advised to complete an assessment prior to attending classes.
What is a progressive series?
All of our group classes reflect a progressive series model, allowing you to build on your strength, flexibility and overall mobility week over week.
A progressive series is a commitment to attending the selected class every week at the same time for the entire duration of the series. This approach offers a distinct advantage as the classes get progressively more challenging, allowing you to build on your progress in a way that is gradual, safe, and effective.
