Experience the evolution of traditional Pilates with our Reformer classes. With its sliding, adjustable flat bed and customizable attachments, the reformer machine provides a level of versatility and motion that will take your movement to new heights. Safe, low-impact, and exceptionally effective, these sessions offer incredible benefits for both the body and mind.

Group reformer classes are limited to 7 participants.

Gentle Reformer

Low Intensity

A class using the Reformer suitable for individuals with active injuries and/or restrictions and limitations.

Build strength, develop awareness, and enhance mind-body connectivity through the Pilates repertoire.

Classes build on foundational movements and focus on sequences that are easily modifiable to suit specific needs.

A deliberate, and intention focused session geared towards building knowledge and familiarity with the Reformer Essentials.

Build strength, develop awareness, and enhance mind-body connectivity through the Pilates repertoire.

Classes focus on the core Pilates principles: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow.

Reformer CHallenge

60 Minutes

Medium Intensity

Reformer experience is a pre-requisite. No exceptions.

A fast-paced, dynamic, and engaging session using the Reformer.

Sessions incorporate more advanced movements that focus on strengthening the whole body and perfecting form.

Classes flow from sequence to sequence with fewer verbal cues and less rest time in-between movements.

Private Pilates session

A fast-paced, high-energy, full-body workout. In other words? The perfect self-care break in a busy day.

These sessions incorporate an athletic twist on the foundational movements to build strength and endurance.

Classes seek to have you revitalized and reenergized to tackle the rest of your day.

A Mat session using your body weight to control the resistance of the movements.

A total body workout focusing on building power, strength and muscular endurance through isolated and integrated movements.

These classes focus on building mind-body connectivity.

Classes are limited to 18 participants.

High Intensity

Class Pricing

Our pricing is per individual class with each group class offered as a progressive series.
Drop-ins may be accommodated depending upon availability.

Some of our therapy sessions are private. These may require an initial assessment.

Class Etiquette

Have questions?

Arrive 15 minutes early

This allows you to prepare for your class and avoids late arrival disruptions. 

A distraction free space

Please silence your phones or any distracting devices in the studio. Also, we ask that you are mindful of your volume within our space.

Comfortable attire

Wear clothing that allows for flexible movement and comfort. 

Respect within our studio

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Treat all staff members and fellow clients with kindness and respect. 

Equipment policy

Wait for your instructor’s signal before using equipment or entering the studio. Handle all equipment with care and ask for assistance when needed.

Hands-on guidance

Your instructors will use hands on queuing to help you achieve proper form. If you are uncomfortable being touched, please let your instructor know.
