Staying active is an integral part of Janet’s life. She has always had a passion for challenging movement and exercise. It was through studying fitness, and actively being involved in sports that Janet became fascinated by the body and balanced work. She then (eagerly) began a journey in Pilates training and teaching.
Janet strives to help people feel their best through movement. Janet creates a positive atmosphere; her class participants leave sessions with a deep appreciation for mindful movement and realignment. When she is not teaching, you will find her hiking, swimming, baking, or traveling.
